How a session works

  1. Install Run the Fix123 agent once. No reboot required for attended help.
  2. Wait for the prompt When support connects, you get an on-screen Accept / Deny dialog.
  3. You stay in control Deny or end anytime. Nothing runs unattended without your consent.

Privacy & consent

Fix123 remote support is for live, attended assistance. A technician cannot view or control your computer until you explicitly accept the session prompt on your device. Screen sharing and remote input end when you deny, end the session, or close the agent.
